Gita, a 13-year-old rescue dog, proved to be a lifesaver when she led deputies to her injured 84-year-old owner in Washington. The incident unfolded on September 25th, when Deputy Wright of the Stevens County Sheriff’s Office encountered Gita wandering alone on a rural road.
