At 100 years old, Jerry Leo from Long Island is showing no signs of slowing down. She keeps up a regular fitness routine at the Great South Bay YMCA, where she recently made headlines for holding a plank—wait for it—for a full three minutes!

Jerry just marked her milestone birthday with a celebration at the YMCA and even renewed her driver’s license, proving that age really is just a number.

Jerry’s workouts include curls, crunches, and of course, her famous plank. But she says her real secret is simple: consistency and core strength.
